When
you vacate your apartment,
check-out
time is
as
per the date indicated
on your vacate
notice.
KEYS:
Please
return the complete
set of keys and all remotes (if applicable) to the Rental
Office. If after hours, place them in the envelope provided and
use the night drop at the Rental Office. There
is a CHARGE for any keys that are not returned.
Also, the Apartment Community will charge daily rent until the
keys are returned. Please notify Pacific Corporate Housing if
any keys or remotes have been lost.
CLEANING:
To
minimize any move-out charges assessed by the apartment
community for cleaning, you may want to do some of the cleaning
yourself. Fewer move-out charges will be assessed if the
apartment is left in the SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS UPON
ARRIVAL.
This includes trash removal and cleaning of appliances.
CABLE
BOXES:
If
a cable box was rented for your apartment, please disconnect it
and leave it with the Rental Office Manager on the day of
departure.
CABLE BOXES NOT RETURNED TO THE RENTAL OFFICE MAY BE CHARGED
TO YOU.
PHONE
SERVICE:
If
phone service is in your name and you receive the bill, don’t
forget to call the phone company to have the service shut down
or transferred to your new address. Also, the phone company will
need a forwarding address in order to mail your final bill. Feel
